My recommendation would be to tear down some of the interior walls in order to restore it back to its original and traditional style 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with a living and family room. There are only 2 tenants in the main house (long term tenants) that have been given a 60 day notice and will remain in the home through May 15th 2023. (cash for keys may be a possibility).
